Viajamos tres personas, mi novia, su hija y yo. El departamento es pequeño aunque no hace falta más espacio para unos pocos días. La ubicación es excelente, con estacionamiento, roof, vigilancia... Pueden mejorar en la amenidades que ofrecen: solamente 2 botellitas de agua, 1 jabón, 2 sobrecitos de shampoo... no es caro agregar esos detalles. El ingreso fué complicado: Nos tenían que dar un QR para ingresar al edificio y no supimos hasta llegar. La clave que nos mandaron de la puerta del departamento estaba mal, una de las dos tarjeta de acceso al elevador no funcionaba, estuvimos llamando para que nos dieran el QR, la clave de acceso y el código de wifi. Al final tuvimos que verlo directamente en el router. Igual había una hoja de información con un QR diciendo que ahí habría información turística y otras cosas, pero llegaba a una carpeta de Drive vacía. Muy bueno que la sala y las dos habitaciones tenían su propio clima. Había TV en la sala pero no en las habitaciones. La vista es increíble, está en el piso 10 con vista al paseo Santa Lucía y al Cerro de la Silla. La cocina bien equipada, refrigerador grande, cafetera, etc El edificio es nuevo, durante el día hay obreros trabajando en otros departamentos, el ruido se escuchaba en el pasillo, gente pasando con material etc. Entrando al departamento no había problema, está insonorizado. En este viaje y por las condiciones fue una buena decisión, pero por el precio si hay margen de mejora, especialmente en amenidades

Relato experiencia, espero sea útil. Antes de llegar: - Pagamos por una semana en la plataforma - La empresa que administra la propiedad (Anfitrip) nos pidió llenar un formulario fuera de la plataforma para recabar datos personales de todos los huéspedes (Nombre completo con apellidos, foto tipo “selfie”, teléfono, email, foto de identificación oficial (INE). Todo sin política de protección de datos personales. - Pidieron hacer un pago con tarjeta de $2,000MXN por fuera de la plataforma como depósito en garantía. La tarjeta se queda registrada de modo que pueden hacer cargos posteriores. - Pidieron darles número de WhatsApp para facilitar la comunicación. - Nos dieron códigos QR para el acceso de todos. - Nos compartieron manual, inventario y reglamento de la propiedad (28 páginas). La propiedad - Es bonita y coincide con la publicación. No puedo opinar de amenidades porque no las conocimos. - Mantenimiento deficiente ya que tiene desperfectos y daños previos a los que no les prestan atención y que reportamos. - El refrigerador no funciona. Lo reportamos al día siguiente de llegar. Mandaron técnicos que concluyeron que no se podía reparar. No resolvieron. Terminamos la semana sin refrigerador y el anfitrión dejó de responder desde el cuarto día. - Antes de reembolsar nuestro depósito completo, intentaron cobrar otros $2,000 a la tarjeta sin motivo, pedimos explicación y nunca contestaron. Advertencia: el piso de la ducha es sumamente resbaloso, tengan mucho cuidado.
