ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. FILTHY APARTMENT, COCKROACHES AND DISGRACEFUL MANAGEMENT. AVOID! I’ve traveled to 104 countries. This was one of my worst accommodation experiences EVER. Arrived at 11 PM after being assured check-in would be smooth. Instead, I waited OVER AN HOUR because of their chaotic, incompetent check-in process. The apartment was DISGUSTING. Cockroaches, insects, foul odors, unacceptable cleanliness, a malfunctioning sink, and not even basic soap or shampoo. I seriously question whether it had been properly cleaned. Staff provided contradictory information, including confusion about whether I was even given the apartment I booked. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS JUST AS APPALLING. Representative Jane sent incorrect checkout information and later retracted it. My complaints were met with lectures about my language instead of accountability. Despite repeated formal complaints, Lucy and the management team provided generic, evasive replies. Nobody would identify the responsible manager, explain corrective action, or give any timeframe for a proper response. Even their feedback survey didn’t work! Management authorized a FULL REFUND, but that doesn’t erase this disgraceful experience. FILTHY ACCOMMODATION. CHAOTIC CHECK-IN. INCOMPETENT STAFF. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
