Great view of Xi’an Bell Tower, 21st floor of building. good stay with a local feel. Can’t rate it 5 as the access to front door to building was difficult to find as it is an older apartment building with shops & restaurants. You have to bring your luggage through a parking area & go round to the back where it’s dark. The light fixture outside the elevator on the 21st floor was broken. The unit itself was newly upgraded, great appliances lots of space for a family of 6 There are a few great restaurants nearby with a grocery store.

Minha estadia no Stylish Homestay Balcony View foi decepcionante. Xi'an é incrível e a localização da hospedagem é muito boa, contrastando com a apresentação do apartamento. Viajei com minha esposa e meu filho, e pensando em possíveis dificuldades com a culinária local, busquei uma acomodação com cozinha disponível. O que encontrei, no entanto, foi um show de horrores. 1) busquei no Hotels.com por um HOTEL, mas era na verdade um apartamento do tipo 'aluguel de curta temporada'. 2) já na chegada a primeira decepção: as áreas comuns do prédio são horrorosas, quase assustadoras. 3) o apartamento é como mostrado nas fotos. Mas o problema é o que as fotos não mostram: - a cozinha cheira mal, - diversos pertences do proprietário ocupando os mais variados cantos (até óculos de grau havia sobre a bancada). - não tinha forno de micro-ondas, nem a gás ou elétrico, nem mesmo uma torradeira. - as panelas eram enferrujadas, imundas, e ficavam guardadas sob a pia ou em armários mau-cheirosos, - os poucos talheres que havia eram inserviveis, - máquina de lavar roupas sem instruções de uso, - o banheiro alagava a cada banho - as toalhas eram descartáveis (!!!) - noa quartos os colchões eram muito rígidos, com uma espuma de não mais que 1 centímetro, - não havia nenhum guarda-roupa nem gavetas. Em síntese: detestei, não me hospedaria novamente nele e não recomendaria a amigos. Foi uma escolha infeliz e lamento que a Hotels.com/Expedia permita a oferta desse tipo de hospedagem.
