fantastic location; lovely staff, especially the manager Jenn; good vibes all around. we did not arrive until after late check-in, and everyone was very accommodating, thank you. one tiny note: more ceramic mugs & utensils needed in the cabins for cabin coffee!

Right from the get go.. It was a truly phenomenal experience!! It started from the greeting at the front door to the patio to get a drink as we were waiting for our room. The gentleman was so so nice and very accommodating. He made sure we got into our room quickly.. and we were early! The super nice gal that was cleaning our room made sure everything was perfect. Now the food...amazing!! We just can't say enough good things about The Southfork Lodge.

A little gem off the beaten path in Idaho! No rooms available in Stanley so we drove to the Southfork Lodge in Lowman. The new owner (as of 1 year ago) has a great vision for this small resort. Beautiful setting by the river, updated decor , delicious baked goods & a nice restaurant with a strong menu . For those who want to play, there are ATVs & snowmobiles to rent .. a new pickleball-basketball court currently being installed.. A great family playground!

The stay was great we’re definitely going back. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions and the food was very good. A couple things that you should know before you stay at the South Fork Lodge. The owners are new, only been there for a few years, I think they said four years now . They have been working really hard on the property and it’s looking amazing. There’s road construction going on right by the lodge they’re repairing the bridge so be patient. With that being said I really recommend going, you won’t be disappointed.

The SouthFork Lodge is heaven on earth. Between the breathtaking setting, the friendliest and most helpful staff, and the outstanding room I cannot pick a favorite. Luckily, I didn't include the food in that list because the rib eye steak I had for dinner absolutely was (and is) my favorite part. The chef is outstanding and puts so much effort and quality into the food that I cannot recommend it enough. Come for the day or stay for the night, you will leave wishing you could stay.
