Useful hotel for a one night stay, good location near the sea and easy walk to the city, There are no staff so its all remote, seems reasonably secure. Bed was reasonably comfy but very narrow, was a bit like being on an ironing board, don't roll over!!! The room had a bit of a strange aroma when I first went in, but I figured out that the window did open (although it was not immediately obvious how to keep it open) and the room was fresh as a daisy after that!

Booked two rooms at Number 75 - worked very well for a 1-night stay in central location close to Brighton Centre. Rooms clean and well-equipped with fans for the hot weather. Nice to find tea/coffee facilities too. Communication was great, with all the information needed to access the rooms provided in good time. Had not realised Room 1 was on top floor up several flights of stairs - which was difficult for my older guests - but as it was just one night, this was manageable.
