El departamento es una estafa, nos picaron PULGAS por todo el cuerpo , no cuenta con estacionamiento y se promociona como si tuviera y terminas pagando el valet parking , la comunicación es terrible, simplemente no existe una comunicación , está muy deteriorado y la plaga de pulgas fue terrible, mi esposa terminó con fiebre por la cantidad de piquetes, levántate una denuncia a sanidad , la estafa de que te ofrecen algo que no tienen, lo viejo del departamento y las pulgas fue terrible, no deberían de tener permiso de rentar ese departamento

This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out process was confusing and inconvenient. Had we known this wasn’t an actual hotel room with hotel services and standards, we would have booked elsewhere. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
