21 Sept 2026Was not able to access the unit. The agent stopped answering the phone and text. Complete scam. Had to be relocated at 8pm at night.

27 Jun 2026This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking.
The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out process was confusing and inconvenient.
Had we known this wasn’t an actual hotel room with hotel services and standards, we would have booked elsewhere. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
