Pas de clim. Pas d'eau dans les chambres Un torrent au pied de l'hôtel qui fait du bruit si vous laissez la fenêtre ouverte. Très difficile de dormir avec la chaleur.

Bon week-end

Bon week-end dans l ensemble, le restaurant excellent. Le problème à été que dans notre chambre le rideau roulant était cassé et pas possible de le réparer donc réveil à 5h30 du mat. La rivière jolie mais alors le bruit la nuit infernal, heureusement que c était que 2 nuits . À part le souci de la chambre ,dans l ensemble le personnel sympathique, petits déjeuners corrects et restauration au top. Une fois le rideaux réparé, je conseille ce petit hôtel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour la chambre est impeccable, très bien accueillit et bien renseigné pour nos excursions. La chambre avait une très commodité et l'hôtel parfaitement placé avec une très belle vue. Et le personnel a su répondre à toutes mes demandes concernant nos fiançailles merci au chalet

Pienehkö hotelli ranskalaisessa vuoristokylässä. Ranskalla pärjäisi parhaiten, nyt osa henkilökunnasta osasi muutaman sanan englantia. Hyvä aamiainen ja upea vuoristomaisema aamiaissalin ikkunasta, kuten huoneestakin.

Séjour professionnel d'une nuit

Grande chambre propre avec immense salle de bain. Lit et literie confortable. TV écran plat mural. Mais ne cherchez pas d'ambiance; la décoration est à sa plus simple expression ! Par contre, le restaurant est top ! Très bon dîner élaboré et goûteux et bon buffet petit-déj. Pas de parking.

Service exécrable

Très mauvaise impression puisque le séjour n'a pas pu avoir lieu et que cela m'a été reproché. En effet, j'ai pris une réservation sur internet pour le lundi mais une fois sur place, l'hôtel était fermé (comme tous les lundis). Je me suis donc retrouvé sous la pluie avec mes bagages et aucun indication à l'entrée de l'hôtel (pas d'horaires de permanence, pas de numéro de téléphone). Le soir, la réception m'a appelé et quand je lui ai dit que j'avais dû aller dans un autre hôtel, on m'a crié dessus parce que je n'avais pas honoré ma réservation. Le monde à l'envers... Merci Hotels.com et merci le Châlet !

Overnight stay

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay when driving from Barcelona to Aleu in France. Perfect for what we needed. A short walk down to the town square where we had a nice meal. Breakfast was fine. Would stay again.

One night stay, very comfy beds, good continental breakfast . Owner very helpful & spoke good English which made booking in easier. Thunderstorm on arrival so river behind hotel is very noisy, owner offered to change rooms if it was a problem - you can ask if you would like a quiet room.
