The room was clean no smell of cigarettes, you get what you pay for, not bad though for a quick night stay parking lot well lit up and was not noisy, the sheets were questionable but I brought my own blanket to sleep on so it was fine ac works super good

The room I stayed in was clean and free of roaches. That is a big plus. The tv control you have to ask them to give you one with batteries but that about it if you wish to watch tv. The Papa is really kind hearted and very respectful and I honor him for that.

The AC unit was broken with missing buttons, the blankets were stained, there was food left in the fridge from prior guests, room smelled like smoke. Very poor experience.

This place is a mess from the moment of check in to check out. Lady at the counter didn't want to give me the stinky room and told me she cancelled but I didn't receive confirmation. She begrudgingly gave me the key. Wow, no toilet paper, no towels, no anything!! I didn't read reviews before about all the drug addicts living at this place, woof this place is rough. I'm guessing the positive reviews must be family. Avoid at all costs, you have been warned. Oh and they constantly lock you out from your room so you have to get a new key.
