27 Sept 2026I need to file a complaint I check in on Thursday afternoon I could not access the main door there was no proper steps just a narrow piece of board thats a disaster the was closed and I had to beg another guest to open the door since none of us knew the code to unlock it I left Friday morning about 7 am and got back around 330 pm all my personal things were threwn in the trash I had new shoes and clothes for family and friends I spent 5 days in Barbados so I had some dirty clothes which I left on the floor they threw everything away I am missing a pear a adidas which cost 119 pmus 2 pairs of jeans which 37 each plus 3 tops which I dont remember the exact cost please verify with staff that what I am saying is correct that my things were thrown away I need to reimbursed for my property
