This was very convenient for the trip I took to Allentown, PA. The bed was comfy, the room was pristine, our mini coffee maker was missing a part, but there was plenty coffee at the morning breakfast they served. Staff was informative with check-out times, breakfast time, and when the pool would be closed. The WiFi in our room wasn’t particularly the fastest which made it difficult for my partner and I to get our work done. But other than that, it was an excellent stay.

I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.

I strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. The room was excellent. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Pots and pans looked new, no scratches or nicks. Towels clean, soft and plentiful. I can't think of anything to complain about. Staff was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Alexis welcome us with a smile. She made us feel at home immediately. In the morning she offered us a warm greeting and helped us with all the questions we had. We plan on staying at this hotel on our return trip.
