Stunning well being hotel with amazing staff. Quiet haven despite the hustle and bustle outside which you can’t hear em when inside. Staff are aching friendly and attentive, they could do nothing more for you. Very proactive.

We loved our stay at the Amala. The villas were lovely and all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the yoga and healing sessions with Dewa. And the sound bath, and massages were also excellent. The Amala was super peaceful and relaxing, and the bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. We felt very safe. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall the experience was good, the pool let the place down as it was green around walls and was a a bit tired looking. There were a lot of mozzies around the outdoor area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back again as it was in a nice quiet area.

All staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. Nothing was too much to ask for. From the moment we checked in, Marvella who greeted us, we were welcomed with Balinese fine hospitality and her service was exceptional. Food presentation 5star and delicious, especially fluffy pancakes of a morning! Cynthia and team brilliant at service.
Our massages with Rusma & Devi memorable and great at their art. Meeting Dewa was very informative and a bonus!

The service by the staff was excellent. They also offered a free drop-off only shuttle to nearby places.
The condition of the villa was a bit dated. There were some paint chips and it could use some updating or renovations.
The kitchens were also very tiny and didn’t have much facilities.
Overall it was good, but for the high price, we were expecting something better

Nice place to stay for a short time, we stayed for 3 nights.
Things we liked:
- Atmosphere, beautifully landscaped and kept clean
- Breakfast service in your villa
- Mosquito net around the bed
- Steam Shower
- Having your own pool
Things we didn’t like:
- Shower/bath and bathroom sinks were outdoor
(We didn’t use the outdoor sinks as there were too many mosquitos)
- Too many leaves dropping from the frangipani tree into the pool and around the villa
- Cracked glass above the “shelter” so when it was raining it was still coming through
- Lots of ants around the pool
We also received welcome massages which was lovely, wish we were able to fit in longer massages but didn’t have the time. Finally the staff were all so lovely and accommodating, value for what we paid was expected and met our expectations.

The hotel staffs are all very nice and kind. At first we booked Spa villa, but we were not happy with the villa. The pool is too small and the villa looks old and not well maintained. After we contacted the staffs about this matter, they quickly help us to resolve this matter by assisting us upgrade into pool villa. Pool Villa is definitely alot better and well maintained than spa villa.However the food overall is 5/10. Nasi goreng and mihun goreng are both good. In-room service bbq food overall was 5/10 too. Seafoods are not fresh. The best thing is that all the staffs are very professional and willing to help you out anytime :)

Ok at a good price
Location was ok, we walked a bit but also used grab. When I first entered it was probably the only place in Bali where there wasn’t someone sweeping leaves, so appeared a little untidy- especially considering multiple staff with brooms & buckets walked by.
Pool villa looked lovely. Outside furniture wasn’t the most comfortable for relaxing on. No cushions on sun beds, just the plastic.
Breakfast sounds great but the juices were very watered down, food was fine.
A BIG consideration for anyone booking here is the beds- they look beautiful, they are comfortable, but they are very very low, so could be difficult to get out of. Overall it was a low end 4 star experience.

만족스런 숙박이었습니다.
위치도 스미냑 번화가에서 아주 멀지 않아서 좋아요. 또 너무 시내와 가깝지 않아서 조용하게 휴식을 즐길 수도 있습니다.
풀빌라라서 내부에 수영장 있었는데 1.3m정도라 무리없이 놀기 좋았어요. 그래도 발리에 풀, 물이 가까이 있으면 모기에서 자유롭긴 좀 힘든데, 직원들이 저녁에 모기약도 뿌려주고 화장실엔 24시간 모기향 타고 있어서, 꽤 안심이 돼요 ㅎ 아 근데 모기향이 너무 세긴 해서 향에 민감하신 분들은 힘들 수도 있어요.
그리고 외부와 트여있는 발리 숙소 특성상 작은 도마뱀 정도는 있습니다. 이런거에 예민하신 분들은 아예 사방이 막힌 호텔로 가시는걸 추천드려요.
전반적으로 위치, 숙소 퀄리티, 서비스 다 좋았습니다!

日本人の方やホテルのスタッフの方の接客、気配りはすごく良かったと思うが、部屋のプールに落ち葉や虫等が浮いていたので、プールの清掃をして欲しいと何日もお願いしたのですが、オーケー、わかりました、と言われたのにも関わらず、毎回プールはノータッチでした。
あとは、これは仕方ないとは思うのですが、ゴキブリが何匹も部屋に出たので個人的には気分が悪くなってしまいました。プールにゴキブリが3匹浮いている状態では部屋のプールに入る気がせず、清掃をお願いしたのですが、結局最終日になっても状態は変わらなかったので、せっかくプール付きのヴィラにしたのに一度も部屋のプールに入ることが出来なかったのが思い出です。
ただ、ホテルのスタッフの笑顔や、ルームサービスを頼む時にもこちらの英語が未熟なばっかりに、部屋まで確認で何度も来ていただいたり、スタッフに日本人の方がいるという絶対的な安心感はありました。スタッフのみなさんの対応は素晴らしいと思いました。

予約の時から、石川さんには大変お世話になりました。日本人の方が細かく対応してくれるのはありがたかったです。他のスタッフも感じよく、とても心地よく過ごすことができました。スミニャック通りも近く、両替店、コンビニもすぐ目の前で、便利でした。ずっとホテルの中で過ごせるほど、快適でした!またこちらを利用したいです。
