The place is clean, tastefully decorated, and is close to metro and major museums. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. With a pull-out sofa, it is quite tight for 4 guests. Kitchen is well equipped. Please have bigger garbage cans in the kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us

Great stay, definitely reccommend.
Really easy check in by the machine in the lobby, lovely room with a super terrace. Bed was very comfortable, seating area great and bathroom had everything we needed. Staff that we met were all friendly and helpful. Photos were, in the main, accurate although the pool area maybe looks a little more spacious than in reality - not a problem for us as we had such a great terrace 😊

It is a great option to stay in Madrid, specially due to its location in walking distance from atocha station. If you have an early flight you can always walk or take night bus from Cibeles. Everything about the apartment was nice, and my only comment it’s about the checking in process. We arrived after 1700, so we had to use the machine, which it didn’t give us our card key at the end of the process. Thankfully they have set up an emergency phone next to it, and the agent was quite helpful. But the whole experience would be much better if they have people available there, at least for bit longer than 1700. I ran into some others guests that just arrived as we left, and they were struggling too to get the key. Overall a nice place, nice location and great stay, but the check in process can be improved :)

In between hotel and hostel. They have an efficient staff from 9-5, and you can call a number if there is a problem after hours.
Rooms clean and modern vibe. Complete amenities inside room. We would return.

The apartment was perfect and very clean. Unfortunately massively let down by the check-in experience and misleading advertising of the pool. There is a 24hr check in kiosk that is advertised but when you get there it doesn't actually work so you have to go on a wild goose chase to find the emergency phone number and call someone. The receiption is only open for 2 hours while you are allowed to check in which is ridiculous.
Also note that the pool is only open while the reception is open so you can't use it at night after a long day.

Clean & convenient place to stay
We stayed at a 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment for the family of 4. The apartment is spacious and clean. The check-in staff was very helpful and nice. It's a short walk about 10min or less to Atocha train station, and a small supermarket right across the street is convenient for grocery shopping during our stay.
