Worth it just for the shower
The rain shower was phenomenal almost too much pressure. Separated from the toilet too which is not always commonplace at the price I paid for this room. A little far from west kowloon and central stops but great value if you dont mind making the trip. Fairly close to the park where you can see monkeys though. Beware the monkeys are quite dangerous if you try to interact with them. Just be mindful they are wild animals. But back the hotel. Bed was lovely, pillows were a little soft for me but thats fine because i still slept great. I would book again

The carpet looked like clean, but my daughter and I were itchy and had some rash around our foot. All of the house keepers were very nice,.I told them our situation, they cleaned our room instantly. They bathroom looked good, but when you had a shower, you will find that the floor of the shower area is little slippy. It obviously showed that the house keepers didn't do the cleaning as a routine or they kipped some rountine cleaning. When I asked some questions to the front desk staff, they were willing to answer me, but without any facial expressions. They looked like robots to answer me. Maybe it's a normal attitude in Hong Kong. I do want to tell them that as a front desk staff, you maybe the first image of Hong Kong. I went to swimming with my daughter, the staff were very nice. I love the environment. I can't imagine that we can have chances to swim in this small hotel. This hotel offered shuttle bus service, it's very convenient. And also, the shuttle bus driver was very nice.

thank you for running a good operation
the shuttle bus are 100% on time.Drivers very polite and patient and kind. i am not into having service in the room. please ask the cleaning ladies to stop asking whenever they see me. Understand they are just being professional but I just dont want to be bothered. But really appreciate them too. oh, btw, 500 rooms (?) of people... may be give us more than 3 washers and dryers... lol.

Okay for the money
Location was abit far from shopping even though they had shuttle to the nearest mall but the frequency wasn’t that great, can improve on that. We had a free breakfast for one, but it wasn’t that desirable, so we only ate once. We stayed for 4 nights, Not enough space for clothing and the room was small… ok for Hk!!!

Although the check-in experience was not all that welcoming because of an impatient receptionist, the rest of the stay went quite well. The management team took notice of my check-in feedback, apologised sincerely and provided me with a late check-out option which was absolutely helpful. The MTR station is a 10-minute walk and buses for Tsim Sha Tsui and Central are only 4 minutes on foot. I will consider staying here again if the front desk service has improved to be on par with the price.
