Staff were very helpful and nice! We received two vouchers for a complimentary margarita as well as coupon books to use on the island. The hotel is very conveniently located. We stayed on the river side and it was beautiful. While we did have a slight hiccup regarding the lack of elevators for those with mobility limitations, the issue was resolved quickly and professionally when we made the staff aware. We were able to be moved to a room closer to the elevator. Rooms were clean and the custodians were very kind when we needed extra towels, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Pigeon Forge!

This was our first time staying here, we enjoyed it so much to only have stayed one night! Everyone was so kind from check in to check out. Valet was amazing, we were so impressed with the goodie bag at check in, the view at the rooftop hot tub is like no other. Traffic can really make or break getting somewhere in PF - so we loved being right in the Island where it has a little of everything to avoid driving so much! We are so glad we stayed, we still had so much we didn’t get to do within the hotel - so we cannot wait to come back! (margaritaville management if you’re seeing this pleaseeeee send us some king size pillows like the ones in the hotel rooms - I haven’t shut up about them. I’d never ask for anything again truly. SO comfy)
