객실 내 의자가 망가져 있어서 교환요청했어요.전체적으로 연식이 있어 낡았고.청소가 약간 미흡해서 침구에서 긴 머리카락이 있어서 당황.아쉽답니다.룸두개를 연결한 방에 4명가족이 묵었는데 가성비 최고입니다.

평소에도 자주 이용하는 편입니다. 방이 좁은 편이기는 하지만 주로 출장 등 잠만 자기에는 가성비가 좋고 깨끗한 편이라 이용하는데 크게 불편함은 없었습니다. 다만 최근에는 체크인 후 방에 문이 열리지 않아 이를 요청했더니 이를 해결하는데 너무 많은 시간이 소요가 되서 같이 모시고 갔던 어르신이 많이 힘들어 하셨습니다. 직원분들은 비교적 친절하신듯 한데 이런 상황에서 빠르게 대처하는데에는 어려움이 있는 것 같았습니다.

２泊お世話になりました。新設洞駅からすごく近く夜遅くに帰る日も安心でした！口コミで見てはいたのですが、想像以上にシャワーカーテンが短く、ものすごく気を遣ってお風呂に入ってもトイレが水浸しでした。笑 カーテンを長くするかレールをつけるだけでもマシになるように思いますが、気にせず入るしかないですね。その他は快適に過ごせましたし、すごく安かったので満足です。

11 Feb 2020シャワーカーテンが短すぎてバスタブにまで届かない為トイレや脱衣所が水浸しになってしまった。また、暖房のききが悪く寒かったので改善して欲しいなぁーと思いました。2泊したのですが、バスタオルやフェイスタオルの交換や掃除はきっちりしていただいており良かったです。

アメニティのシャンプーは髪の毛がキシキシになる。歯ブラシはついていない。
