Stayed for a couple of nights in the middle of winter. It was quiet, warm, comfortable, clean, and the restaurant downstairs is the sort of place the locals eat in by choice. You can pay a lot more and get a lot less than this. We'll probably be heading back.

It was a nice room, and I know this isn’t the motel’s fault but there was a really annoying barking dog on the floor… I’m assuming the motel allows pets? I don’t know but it definitely is the reason I’m docking a star. Food at the onsite restaurant was good we had dinner and breakfast there.

Apparently under new ownership and the
owner whom I spoke with was doing the cleaning. They seem friendly, and open to upgrading their property, which is, due. Everything was very clean, but outdated.
