My wife, young adult daughter and I stayed in a 2 bedroom condo for our 11 night ski holiday and instantly felt at home. The condo itself was well appointed, stylish, very comfortable and spotlessly clean.From a practical point of view, the kitchen was well equipped and it was very handy to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble from restaurant recommendations and booking tours, to loading skis into the back of the cars for the short trip to and from the gondola. We usually only stay in ski in / Ski out properties and were unsure if we would be happy with our choice of The River Club. It took us only one day to realise that we had made the best decision. The most we ever had to wait to be dropped off or picked up at the gondola was a couple of minutes. Another deal breaker for us are properties without a spa, so we were delighted with the outdoor hot tub - a miracle cure for aching muscles as well as a great place to have a chat with other guests. The Tuesday 'Meet and Greet' party also provided a terrific opportunity to socialise. The close proximity to the historic Main Street and the amazing Telluride restaurants was definitely another draw card for booking this superior property. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
