Unfortunately there’s a problem with the air conditioning but we weren’t told about it until 10pm that night. I first phoned reception at 4pm and I also went down to speak to them; nobody was able to help us or even give us a fan for our room. Disappointed.

We were really disappointed with our stay. The hotel is very dated and in need of a serious refresh. Our room had a musty smell with a slight urine odor that never really went away. The tops of surfaces, including the safe, were coated in dust, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time.
We also encountered pests during our short stay. We killed two cockroaches and several smaller bugs in the room, which was extremely unsettling.
We didn’t try the Italian or Chinese restaurants, so I can’t comment on those. The “coffee shop” was also confusing and not at all what we expected. There was no actual counter to order coffee. It appeared to simply be the large room where the breakfast buffet is served.
We were originally booked for two nights but decided to leave after the first night. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Krungsree hotel looks like a lavish large hotel from 1980s era. While it is nice clean big but it looks dated in comparison to modern hotel expectations.. A simple half litre water bottle will be charged. The rooms are all good , clean. Breakfast is lavish, large spread, although not to the likings of a typical indian vegetarian taste. Hasgood parking space for both cars as well as scooters.

The Hotel is well appointed & the Staff are Cheerful, courteous & ever ready to assist.
The Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel is 1st rate & there are [Local] dining options within walking distance.

Lovely large hotel with pool. The rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Breakfast was varied for every taste. The bed was very firm which was not to my taste but it may be okay for others. We enjoyed our stay.
