Beautiful hotel. Perfect location on waterfront and short walking to all good food and drink spots in Puerto de la Cruz. Staff very helpful and nice. Roof top is great. Spa is okay but a bit basic. Only annoying thing you have to specify a double bed when booking which isn't obvious, otherwise they give you two singles

This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street. The breakfast offering is quite amazing. And the room has modern appointments that were really nice such as motion detected nightlights in the bathroom and l e d's that could be set for different light levels. It's true that the rooms are not very large and the bathroom is quite a squeeze. I was also a little stumped that amenities did not include body lotion or hair conditioner. These seem pretty basic for a four star hotel. However, overall it was a wonderful place for us to spend our time in the canary islands

Room with (very) partial sea was well equipped and comfortable. Teabags, towels and bedding provided daily. Kettle in room. Sea view was quite restricted as we had the last room on the corner of the house. Quiet during the night so we slept well. Breakfast was excellent with a large amount of choices and nice coffee. The view from the restaurant is amazing. The spa was is not included but nicely done. We tried the dinner buffet on one evening. For 28,50€ per person it was a little disappointing. No drinks included at all, not even water. Food was ok, but you can do better in a normal restaurant for that price. Overall the Hotel is a great place to stay. It is located nicely and parking is near by for free on “Explanada del Muelle”.

Beautiful room and bathroom with an ocean view balcony. Recommend booking the deluxe sea view room if you can as much more spacious plus an amazing view of the sea. Only downside was weird window in the shower with an opaque blind so felt very exposed when showering. Could also do with some conditioner on offer.

Beautiful hotel the rooftop pool and bar is perfect. The only thing that let it down was the food I ordered the squid ink croquettes they were frozen inside and had to be replaced. We also paid for a buffet on Christmas Day evening it was pretty lack lustre and not a good selection we left unimpressed and hungry. Would love to stay again but not get involved with the food.

Was initially given room in attached photos. Small, nothing at all delux, dark, small windows, pokey terrace so cramped the door to micro terrace hit the inside chair. Terrace table folded upright against window so no view from bed. A dark very basic room. Complained told it was correct room type, tried to blame hotels.com for the photos - exactly the same on their own website complete false room descrptions. Took 3 days and multiple complaints to be moved to room as per description. No compensation offered despite what amounts their complete false advertising. Not even a credit in their bar. Zero customer service. The correct room is still very very basic. Yes better view light and big windows with a small terrace. However, no comfortable chair to relax in; no bedside tables at all!! Nowhere for suitcase. Absolutely nothing at all delux about this room. Not even a coffee machine which I would expect at this inflated price point. An architect has been allowed to design a building without concept of its useability or comfort for guests. The only thing positive about the entire experience was the excellent continental breakfast each morning and the friendly breakfast and housekeeping staff. Otherwise do not go near this place which completely defrauds you.

Room had no windows to the outside just internal windows viewing the corridor and into an air duct which could be noisy. I did request information from the hotel regarding this when it was brought to my attention however they never answered my query. Beautiful views couldn't be enjoyed. The staff I came into contact with were all very nice.
