Front desk staff was great. Our first room did not have a working AC/heat, so front desk allowed us to switch rooms. Second room was better, but there were stains on the carpet & sheets. Would like to have a cleaner/renovated hotel.

The desk staff was awesome- friendly, attentive to needs, even over Christmas. The room, however, was disappointing. It felt very damp and smelly like mildew. The water pressure at the sink was barely a trickle. The workout room didn’t have cups for the water dispenser, and the air conditioning didn't work.
