5 Jul 2026I booked for a night, when we got there, they couldn't give us a room.due to an overbooking, a software error and the hotel was full. They tried to redirect us to another hotel that didn't accept pets and we traveled with two cats!
So we never stayed and will obviously never go back.
(Fortunately, we were able to find a room at Comfort Inn.)
From what I saw at the reception and bar area, it didn't look as a hotel suited for families, so all in all, I'm glad we didn't stay there.
Now waiting for a refund.

19 Aug 2022The room is ok and the staffs are friendly. However, Breakfasts are not included - we were told when we arrived. Although the hotel gave us some discount, it was not convenient and increased our expenses for the vacation.

Hôtel pratique, confortable avec parking gratuit et petit déjeuner correct Le Monsieur de la réception était très gentil, nous sommes arrivés en fin de journée un jour férié, nous a indiqué un bon endroit pour manger. Rien à redire, tout correct

Hotel facile d'accès avec grand stationnement.
Il est à noter que les chambres disposent d'un frigo, mais le micro-onde se trouve au bar.
Sinon, c'est juste un peu bruyant lors des opérations de déneigement dans la rue.

Juste dommage que le petit déjeuner n'était pas disponible, mais ils ont eu l'amabilité de dédommager pour cet inconvénient.. je le recommande
