I would definitely come here again in the future because it was like being home away from home with the place fully furnished especially in the kitchen as we made tasty meals and didn't have to have to go out and buy the small things we forgot for the preparation of the meals. The staff was wonderful and responded immediately when the stove was not working properly and it was a minor glitch. Thank you so much for such a wonderful weekend at Edelweiss lodge!!

Great place nestled away in Taos ski valley. We were hiking Wheeler Peak and the folks at Edelweiss could not have been nicer. Great brunch! Easy parking. Highly recommend.

So peculiar as a 70 year old to check into a motel, stay a night and check out and never see a single person.
I wish I would have known the real mending of Taos Ski Valley off season.....this place was dead. I couldn't even get a ski trail map! Thank Goodness 192 was open for dinner and breakfast! Love Taos, just not familiar traveling in this new era of remote everything. The staff I visited with by phone were pleasant and helpful. Just peculiar to me I could never meet them.

We had the best time at Edelweiss Lodge and Spa! We went to Taos Ski Valley to hike to Wheeler Peak. Helen took care of us the entire time, checking on us on our hike and setting up massages while we were hiking down the mountain. The only negative was there was no air conditioning so it was a little warm in our room. Helen did come through though by getting us a fan. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend Edelweiss!

Lovely Escape
Great place in a beautiful location. Plenty of room, nicely furnished, and easy to access. The only small knock is there is no A/C. It stays cool up in the mountains but it was warm the day we were there and it took well into the night to cool the place down. Small inconvenience, it wasn’t sweltering. Still recommend staying here.

The staff was outstanding and did all they could to assist us. Unfortunately, the furniture was uncomfortable, the throw pillows had a very unpleasant odor, we had to ask for balcony furniture, we were without water for several hours one day and then a bad storm hit and we were without power for almost 24 hours. We had to pack by flashlight and carry our luggage down four flights of stairs when we left. Thank goodness, Moe, the night manager was there to help us! The staff did "comp" us for one night due to the power outage.

Summer time is limited if any staff. Everything is closed at 5 and no staff on site, only a emergency # for someone 15 minutes away. No ice no laundry no vending machines during the summer and no AC....

Awesome Taos weekend
Comfortable place to stay in Taos Ski Valley. Enjoyed the cool mountain air and proximity to Taos and it’s great food and museums. Can’t wait to go back!
