We had an amazing weekend getaway! The staff were lovely, welcoming, and very approachable throughout our stay. When we first arrived at our room, there was a small issue with the loo, but the management team handled it brilliantly and kindly upgraded us to another room for the night while it was fixed. Both rooms we stayed in were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We also loved spending time at the spa. It was the perfect way to relax during our stay. A big thank you to the whole team for helping make our weekend so lovely!

Lovely hotel. Very nice, clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was nice and simple but got busy after check-in time. Food in restaurant was delicious and service was great. Communication was amazing - had questions before our stay and was answered in quick time and kept in touch about private events going on. There were two events on when we stayed, a wedding and charity event, but did not disrupt our stay. A nice relaxing time was what we wanted and we definitely got that.
