The building is absolutely stunning, especially lit up with Christmas lights. Every staff member was incredibly polite, even the boy mopping the floors was happy to answer questions. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was clean but bed was hard (probably ok for most people). Spa and pool was fantastic. Sadly restaurant food (except breakfast) wasn’t that good.
