Having a shopping center connected and easy metro access was a big plus. Also just a 5 minute walk from train station.
Only very small improvement is only one 3 prong outlet was in the bathroom. Have stayed ay many that at least at man had one in the room for laptopsor easy foreign converters

Hotel was great, they had decorations up in the lobby area for day of the dead and also switched to Christmas decorations. Staff was really helpful and friendly. There was a train line right next to the hotel so that made exploring so much easier.

Great location connected to Bentencho station. Many restaurants, cafe’s, yoga studio next door in Osaka Bay tower East. Very convenient to get to Expo 2025 this year! It was fabulous!! Love this hotel! Spacious onsen outside 2nd floor walking about 20 steps to the beautiful onsen!

Good choice for staying in Osaka
Great location in Osaka, 5-minute walk from the JR station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my luggage at the hotel for a few days after checking out the next day and they were extremely accommodating.

The hotel was nicely situated by two trains. It was not in a neighborhood and there was no concierge to help with restuarant and travel arrangements. Many of the front desk people did not speak English and were not very helpful. That was its only big drawback.

Another amazing stay.
Second time in Japan and Osaka. I stayed here last time and was very happy and therefore chose this location again due to the hotel, the service and location. Close to every major activity we wanted to visit. The hotel is just outside the Osaka Loop Line so it’s easy to get around the town. Amazing view from the 49th floor.

Great location just at Bentencho station for JR line and MRT. Comfort is great. Really nice.
But let me speak on behalf of the group inwas travelling with: the breakfast buffet was a joke.
Osaka supposed to be food town but the selection (not the quality) was the worst of our trip.
