The room was cozy, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also excellent — convenient to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The morning pastries are a nice touch, but the basement free cafe is amazing, coffee, juice, biscuits, fresh fruit, perfect! Will absolutely come back again.

13 Jun 2026The only downside was the air conditioning being very hit or miss. Other than that, room was clean, and staff accommodated us very well. Location was perfect and surprisingly quiet still. Coffee bar was PERFECT! All of this plus a rooftop bar? Great stay, I will be back.

9 Jul 2026This place is great! Very well located for everything. The whole place has air-conditioning and the rooms are super sound proof. Very quiet. The kitchen area under reception was really helpful. Free tea, coffee, water, juices, biscuits and fruit 24 hours a day. Beds are huge and really comfortable. Every morning a bag of croissants and cake were left on the door handle which was unexpected. Highly recommend!

22 May 2026Excellent location, close to Plaza Puerta del Sol, easy waking distance to everything! There is also a restaurant above the hotel that has a fabulous rooftop bar!
We arrived earlier in the day and loved that we were able to leave our bag until check in time and again after we checked out.
The room was clean, had what we needed and the bed was comfortable! We especially appreciated the air conditioning as it was 33/90F during our stay. We would stay here again.

6 Jul 2026The hotel was convenient and our room was clean and comfortable. Being at one of the most convenient spots meant we were also at one of the busiest spots in Madrid. If you wanted to party all night, you’d be good. But the party, and all its guests were outside our windows until at least 3am every night. Sooooo loud, and even with the earplugs they left at the bedside, we hardly got any sleep.

13 Apr 2026Great location! We were able to explore all nearby areas on foot. Nice places to eat and shop near by. Room was spacious for two people. Me and my daughter had a very comfortable stay. Staff at front desk helped us with any questions we had regarding sight seeing and Metro etc.
