"This was an exceptional Marriott hotel experience during my stay for 11 nights - my room was fresh and clean; the staff was incredibly customer focused (Hitesh in particular was a standout); and the breakfast buffet is not to be missed with a comprehensive array of very tasty international cuisine choices. The gym was very well equipped with a good variety of machines and free weights. Marriott Surat is doing it right!!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Room services were amazing from laudry to taking our luggage up to room and down to reception. We were part of a wedding party so had 5 rooms and we all thr best experience which as you can imagine can be a problem but lords was amazing.
