Cosy hotel in excellent central Liverpool location
Cosy hotel in excellent location for central Liverpool. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the room was comfortable but the shower wasn't very powerful and tended to leak out of the shower base which could get annoying if staying longer than a couple of days.

We had a two night stay in this hotel , it was all really nice, a lovely cosy bar and so close to everything, staff were lovely , I would not hesitate to stay here again if I was to return to Liverpool which hopefully I will 🙏

The property was lovely, the lady on reception was nice and welcoming when we arrived. The room was modern and easy to relax in, we just couldn't get the heating on but the lady on reception was amazing again and provided a portable heater. The beds are very comfortable and overall we had a great stay :)
