"Incredible house…. A veritable palace! The interior is decorated with countless museum worthy pieces, and the owner Leila has installed a wonderful museum of tile in the basement. We were thrilled to have lunch with her during our stay. We had a reservation for the Four Seasons later in our trip, but canceled it in favor of returning here! "

The Penthouse Suites Hotel

The Penthouse Suites Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel has the wow factor. The room was huge and looked amazing. Important things first, the bed was very large and very comfortable. We slept very well. The shower was lovely too- took a while to heat up, but that is the only negative. The people who worked at the hotel were lovely too... they were very helpful and friendly. The only real negative is the air conditioning was noisy, but as we were there in November we opened the windows in the evening and let the cool air in, and the room remained a good temperature. The one thing that could have made our stay even better would have been a bar. We could find neither a bar nor off licence in the local area, but bought some in other areas of Tunis and used the fridge to good effect. All in all, we had a thoroughly super stay and would recommend this hotel. "
