"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was all things considered. Our dinner at the Chicago steakhouse was incredible. Room was clean and comfortable. Key quite working which was mild inconvenience. Slots were tight tight"

"We arrived in Memphis and called for the shuttle. We were met promptly and with a welcoming smile. We arrived early and chose to check in sooner then normal time. Check in staff were attentive and informative about dining choices and entertainment. The beautiful Christmas tree and decorations in the lobby were magical. Our room was perfect and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and we loved the Elvis channel options on the television. All of the little special touches and nodsto Elvis in our room and throughout the hotel are unique and thoughtful. "
