The apartment had absolutely everything I needed: a full kitchen with all utensils, a huge fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster, kettle – even a brand new washing machine, iron and ironing board. For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that).
