"The owner was exceptionally helpful at getting us everything we needed from transportation, food and excursions. The food was excellent with a lot of variety. Also, the location was amazing with hiking in every direction surrounded by mountains. Although the sun went down very late in the summer, the stars were amazing. The weather was quite hot the first few days but became excellent after the rain. There is a lot to do in the area. The hardest part is getting there as there are no paved roads. The taxi driver did get lost going to the resort. Everyone we met from the staff and other guests were super nice and friendly. My children also made great friends. "

"Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience.
