First thing is false advertising. I signed up for a premium suite ocean view. When I arrived and got my rooms, the view was partial to the ocean and had trees blocking the scenery. I complained on the phone to the front desk and they blew me off that I was assigned to the correct category. I went in person to the fronk desk and was basically blown off by the ranking staff member on shift. Small hand towels was missing from the room and I called to ask for some, but no one delivered until day 3....
