"Would not recommend, staff act like it’s an inconvenience to ask for assistance. Amenities are not offered at reception unless you already know about it. The rooms look like they cleaned it long ago and then left it without re cleaning for guests. The only good think I can say about this place is that there was air conditioning. Slow service is understandable, but not offering amenities, assistance or even a kind geeeting - unacceptable "

"Breakfast buffet was great, staff were wonderful and very friendly. The wifi was the only downside as not available in rooms, so any calls to family plus checking emails had to happen in public spaces like reception or dining area. Car rental services were on pricier side. Families with younger children have been housed on the margins/ends of the property to allow for quieter time for children-free couples/travellers - thank you for being considerate! All else was magical!"
