Abdolutely excellent. I've stayed in a dozen hotels in Semarang. This is the second best in the city. It's not to the same level of luxury as Padma but its still excellent and better value. Certainly a lot better than others in the centre of the city that charge the same rates. It's excellent service, food is very good, it's very clean, relaxing vibe, spacious rooms, lovely pool, gym is standard hotel gym. Overall excellent

We stayed for two nights and it was amazing. Gorgeous setting. Lovely room which they kindly upgraded us to! The pool was great. Breakfast delicious and so much choice. There is a complimentary afternoon tea included which is very nice. We ate at Patio both nights and were very impressed with the service and food. The hotel provides a shuttle to the other hotel site for this restaurant. It was my partners birthday whilst we were staying there, they picked this up from the passports, and...

Staff is perfect, the location is really extraordinary. The food is absolutely delicious. It is a plantation, so it is a really large area the resort is on. If you come to MesaStila you'll have an experience which is not the Bali or Thailand type of feeling, it's just special and we loved it!
Kudos to our driver Rafien, he was the most professional, most friendly and the best chauffeur we ever had!

The Resort style property, situated a little away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown, provided an excellent base for the Djogjakarta attractions - the archaeological sites of Borobodur and Prambanan, the karaton of the Djogja Sultanate, Gunung Merapi volcano and forges of the kris masters, not to mention the batik establishments and excellent eateries.
While I had not enough time to really enjoy the excellent resort facilities available - golf course, swimming pool etc - the hotel...

This was my second stay here, and I fully expect to be back for a third (and beyond). It was a one-night stopover on a business visit to Jogja. The hotel is a great choice, with very comfortable, clean good-sized rooms, kind and attentive staff, and a really great location, both for tourism (if you have time) and for getting there and away – it’s directly across the road from the main railway station, so ideal for arrival or departure by air (via airport train – be sure to book ahead - they sell...
