"The concierge and service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although the sales staff requesting that we attend breakfast and lunch presentations were very annoying. Its not the first experience you want to have when just arriving at the hotel. Thankfully our room accommodations and food options made it a very enjoyable experience, especially our time at MoBay! The staff and food were very good! However, we didn't enjoy the food at Negril and Sumptouri (ala carte menu) as much. We wished we could have had the hibachi experience. We had it was a great time! The gym and spa were also a nice highlight. The facilities were clean and made our stay very relaxing. We also had fun with the nighttime activities and private beach. Overall we had a good time. We would love to visit again and maybe stay a little longer next time!"

"The food options were plentiful, the room was comfortable, the property was beautiful, and the amenities were easily accessible. The only thing was the mosquitoes were bad in the room. Should probably provide customers something to deal with them."

"Always a great place for a short stay when coming and going from across the island. Pool is great & bartender has a great vibe. Good rooms & overall staff make it a wonderful stay! Everyone was so great from the night security, front desk, housekeepers etc!"
