well-supereasy option when visiting Gasometer club. just 2 min walk and very god place indeed. staff was really smiling and helping, breakfast was just great and hey: small things matter! small chocolate heart in check out was so cute !

Reference early check-in - if there is a room available it should be allocated. If not, the customer understands this and takes advantage of the storage facility until check-in starts. To charge for early check-in seems totally unnecessary and isn't impressive.
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Delicious breakfast and great variety on the buffet table. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
Lovely hotel, quite old-fashioned in operation (have to hand key in every time you go out), but lovely staff, great location, and the superior double was a huge room with separate clothing store/wardrobe room, big bathroom, comfy sofa, large bed. If I visit Vienna again, would happily stay here again.
I stayed at this hotel for six nights and I could have happily stayed longer. Upon arrival I was greeted pleasantly by a member of the team, informed about the breakfast timings, a brief overview of the area with local transport etc. During my stay I also turned 24 and at breakfast the following morning I was given a very thoughtful birthday note and a pot of homemade marmalade made by the hotel, which was completely unexpected and made me slightly teary. Large, clean room on floor 5. Very light and airy. On bus route to centre, bus every 10 mins. Staff very friendly. Sorted us out with tea making equipment in our room. Breakfast over priced, good bakery just over road.

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

The hotel was so convenient for everything, we walked everywhere. And even when our tour company let us down with a trip to Salzburg the gentleman on reception bought train tickets for us and explained how to get to the train station etc. We had a great visit!!
