The Mill Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A decent, pleasant hotel in a good location. Didn’t eat in the restaurant whilst we were there but heard good things from others in our congregation that did eat there. Friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant/bar. "
"Easy walk to and from the train station. Very convenient if you are going to an event at Portman Road, that is also within walking distance. My room faced the parking lot which wasn’t ideal as I had requested a room facing the river. However it was quiet and at night the hotel sections off the corridors with doors which makes it nice and quiet for sleeping. The breakfast was a nice selection of hot and cold breakfast items. The hotel felt very safe and the room was clean and comfortable. "
"Upon arrival I was met with nice friendly staff. I had my wedding reception here so I already knew the place was top notch. Brilliant hotel, throughly recommend. If I could pick one issue is that the wifi wasn’t the best and didn’t really work. "
"Could do with a bit of a paint but generally very clean . Breakfast very good . Staff brilliant and helpful. Used this hotel several times in the past and would definately use it again. Pity they couldnt stop the rain during our visit 😁"
"Great location, walking distance to train station and downtown shopping/restaurants. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The hotel seems to be in the process of renovating. Our room was comfortable though the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. Slept very well though."
