"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. "Yes, it is an rather „retro“ Hotel and so the sofa is a bit aged. So don‘t expect brand new furnishing/facillities. But it has it‘s charm and is a reminder of the former GDR. "Das Personal und der Service ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war aussergewöhnlich groß und mit einem Balkon ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich war sauber, hat aber leider keinen Flair. Die diversen Räume waren schlecht gekennzeichnet und es lagen auch keine Handtücher aus. Auf dem Zimmer gab es auch keinen Bademantel und auch keine Wellnesstasche. Das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings bis auf den Fahrstuhl ins Wellness,alles funktionstüchtig."
