Great area , super helpful staff , nice rooms

Thanks for your kind welcome and early check in prior to our appointment at the local hospital . All staff were polite and helpful thru out our stay .

Amazingly cool, boutique hotel just a few blocks (10 mins walk) from the main square. Lovely pool, lobby and bar area. Staff very friendly. No parking or valet service available. We left car outside the property (only overnight) but staff seemed a bit muddled as to whether we might get a ticket etc. Otherwise all was wonderful

Loved our stay here. Easily the best place in our month-long trip in Mexico! We turned up having had all our cash/cards stolen on a long bus trip. Donard and staff were totally understanding, amazing hosts and lent us some cash whilst we got ourselves sorted. The hotel was gorgeous, stunning decor and artworks/textiles. Beautiful and comfortable bedroom two hammocks indoor and on the balcony. A fridge, air con AND drinking water! Delicious breakfast included, plentiful and lots of choice....

the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. the food was goodand the bar prices very reasonable If you are staying on a saterday night the hotel puts a fiesta on with dancers and other acts right outside and you can sit in the forecourt of the hotel and have a grat view. staff proffessional and very helpful and all speak english

Clean and spacious room. We stayed for two nights and were really happy with the location. Safe and close enough to the action. Would recommend.

Clean room, large bathroom, well situated. I didn’t try the pool as it was very shaded and not the most inviting. Gym was small but served its purpose. Most of the hotel staff were lovely though we did encounter some people who weren’t so helpful. We would return.

Lovely peaceful stay, quiet area but easily walkable (10-12 mins) into the city centre. Reception not always manned, so contact them in advance to tell them the time to greet you. All was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice from about 10 options cooked to order by a lovely lady. Use of the fridge, cooker, microwave and coffee urn.

Very nice hotel, enjoyed staying there, right in the middle of the city. I would recommend it to my friends.

No food or drink other than hotel daily issue of bottled water and coffee for the coffee machine in the room
