"Very unwelcoming greeting on reception. Mis informed about food service times so had to go out for food as they had closed both the cafe and restaurant earlier than we were told they would. Highly recommend the Akeman in Tring for warm and welcoming staff, professional and serving delicious food. The bathroom in the hotel room was incredibly tired, the bath panel had a huge gaping hole as did the bottom of the bathroom door. There are no over head lights in the bedroom, just very very dim...
