The museum there doesn't get enough credit. It is a wonderful museum. It looks small in the outside, but it's very large. The mining museum goes underground and you get to see all the minds. It is super neat and actually takes you a couple of hours.

We were in Silverton to catch the train to Durango train ride was excellent. Silverton is a quaint mountain town that had a lot of shopping opportunities. Food that we ate there was also very.
"Great location, very close to the train station. Small rooms and a bit slanted, but exactly what you'd expect from an old mining town. Received texts from the host to ensure a smooth check-in and the cleaning lady was very sweet and helpful. "
"We absolutely loved the place and we appreciated the communication and how easy it all was! Will most definitely be back and recommend to our Texas Family & Friends."
