"Everything was wonderful! The room was amazing & having thermal pools right out the door was very convenient. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also great, with enough vegan options to satisfy. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. The room was spotless and was cosy with nice lighting, a fireplace and electric heating. There is a lovely hike up to the top of the mountain, too. The whole place is very clean and organized with both indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Great for couples and families alike. "

"Its great place for amazon experience. Well maintained property. Rooms; dining area and bar are great. Loved it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Getting to the place is not easy. Don’t follow google maps. Hotel has placed signs all over for directions. Dirt roads for about 10km. Call early so they will direct well. "
