Sunrise at Mirador de la Hoz, Cuenca. Driving through the heart of Cuenca town, passing the Cathedral on your right, you continue up the road that your head says 'Are you sure we can do this?' This view opens up. Be aware that people will camp for this view and the gorge will end in your demise if you take a step too far but.... boy is it worth it. August... an ungodly hour but back in time for an early breakfast.
