"The rooms were on par for the price but smelled of stale cigarette. My white socks were immediate dirty walking around the room suggesting all they do is sweap rather thann mop amd that was apparent with the dirt under the bed. Staff were efficient."

"The room had a recent renovation. New tub surround, sink, toilet, walls painted, floor tiled. But still under renovation?? No mirror in the bathroom. Room configuration too small for a closet, but no hooks or clothes rack or hangers. Had to use shower curtain rod to hang some clothes to relax wrinkles. Nice TV with Amazon Fire but had to plug the TV in to operate only to find that the none of controller buttons worked. TV on mute, so no sound and no way to change channels. Reported problem to...
