"Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"

"Really lovely hotel, way nicer than we anticipated. We booked this purely as a stopover so we could catch an early train and didn’t expect it to be such a nice hotel. The entrance area was really nice, staff were friendly on check in and whilst the room was small it was spotless and comfortable."
