Excellent hotel, exceeded my expectations. Room fixtures and appliances are modern, staff is friendly and hospitable, complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge, good breakfast, walking distance from the train station, 2 supermarkets nearby. I enjoyed my stay. Check-in is at the restaurant/shop counter

Nice, new room with a nice bathroom. Parking just outside the building. We used the adress from hotels.com but with Waze we came to the wrong place, but with Google maps it took us to the right place.

8/10 Very good

Good hotel

The hotel is located between Trento and Bolzano, and has everything we need for a short stay. They've offered a free mini bar, and the breakfast was also good. We had an inconvenient with the reservation, which was not their fault but from Hotels.com and they solved it quickly. Another inconvenient was on the shower area that was flooded due to a problem with the drain, but they also solved it quickly, even on the evening.
