Booked this hotel for the pool and access to the beach. Based on the name and price we thought we were getting a nice hotel. We were in the south tower and it was very outdated. The toilet was clogged, the deadbolt did not work and the heat/ac was not working either. The bathroom did not have a vent fan and instead had a shuttered window to the sleeping area. The bathroom door was also made out of a shutter style door. There was no privacy! Whatever you do in the bathroom is heard and smelled in the entire room. There are no pics on their website that show this!! The front desk seemed annoyed that there were things wrong in my room. I would not recommend this hotel! The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good!

Take a Heat blanket
For medical reasons am a very cold natured person my first night there I called the front desk/guest services for 3 maybe 4 hours no answer. The next morning I went downstairs and asked for a blanket. After about 2hours I finally got one. The next night I called again bout the thermostat not working so I couldn’t against the room temperature. After calling for another hour someone answered the phone and said” ma’am you’re in south west Florida we do have central heating in our hotel room. My trip was very uncomfortable and cold to say the least.

Staff did not inform elevator to beach was not working. We were supposed to have robes in room . Informed staff so I wouldn't be charged and the response was you're right let me see what I can do . Nothing was done . Stay was mediocre at best

Think twice
Front desk mgmt continues to disappoint by using misinformation. Room cleaning is sporadic. Front desk had wrong loyalty card information despite a previous stay. Menus at restaurant and pool cafe need a complete overhaul. Location excellent. Elevators fast. Morning cafe excellent. Valet excellent.
