Cozy and charming place

Rye 115 is much more than a hotel; it's a place where we feel welcomed from the moment we arrive. We were greeted by the attentive and kind Christian, always helpful and with a smile on his face. Cozy and charming in a great location. Wonderful breakfast, with fresh food, warm bread, and the best croissants!!! A place that warms the soul.

more of a nice hostel than anything else

Basically a bed in a nice setting. Old flat with the charm that comes with that but also: Not very silent. No bathroom (can you actually call yourself a hotel without that?) No tv, no nothing, bed/mirror/desk that is it. would have loved it 30 years ago with a 75% rebate.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. It is very well placed, only a few minutes from all the places to visit and in a quiet area although offering many choices of restaurants, bars etc.... The staff are very attentive to everyone and the room we had was magnificent, as was the rest of the hotel. We felt right at home! We were a little apprehensive about sharing bathrooms and WCs, having booked before we realised this. However, even though it's a little annoying, you soon get used to it and in the end you don't have to fight for these rooms, of which there are many. The rooms are also clean and have soap, shampoo etc available. For a few days (3 in our case) in Copenhagen, it's not too bad.

Nice accomodations but disappointed

Really nice accomodations and location! But I am not happy about the musinformation given with regards to the bathrooms. Nowhere on the website is it written that the bathrooms are shared with all residents... I couldn't find any description about this so I looked at the pictures and assumed individual bathroom for each room. They would have gotten 5 stars if they had informed about this beforehand. Instead I only give them 3.

Beautiful and cozy small hotel in Osterbro! My husband and our 20 year-old daughter and I loved our stay at Rye 115. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet and very nice residential neighborhood (SO MANY dining options!) and just a block from a large canal/park. We experimented with many modes of transportation and all worked great - Metro (a few blocks away), walking (from 20-40 minutes to most places) and, our favorite, biking using the Rye 115 bikes! The hotel itself is lovely, beautifully decorated and it really feels like your guests in someone's home. We loved the candlelit breakfasts (granola and pastries!), the cozy lounge with jazz music playing on the stereo and the balcony where we enjoyed drinks and a to-go dinner one night. Our room looked out over the back garden and was very comfortable (just needed a bit more storage and some hooks for towels and such). I wasn't crazy about sharing a bathroom, at first, but there were literal elves, I think, who went through and cleaned up every few minutes - it was always immaculate! Mette and her team were also incredibly helpful when we got stuck with the SAS strike and they helped us figure out how to get to Hamburg for our new flight home to the U.S. Highly recommend this hygge hotel!

Malheureusement, l'hôtel n'est pas digne de ce nom. TOILETTE et SALLE DE BAIN à l'extérieur de la chambre. Portes et parquet qui grincent fortement. L'insonorisation inexistante, on entend toutes les discussions. Séjour très compliqué avec un enfant. Chambre qui donne sur des travaux et église qui sonne à 8h

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I would especially like to highlight Christian, who was always friendly and attentive. Check-in was smooth and quick, and individual requests were handled right away. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The room and lobby were tastefully decorated, and the shared bathrooms were always clean. The only small downside was that the bed was a bit too firm for my taste – a softer mattress would have been more comfortable. Overall, highly recommended!

Vi hadde rom mot bakgård og det var meget stille. Gode faste senge. Noe lyt mot gangen og knirk fra gulv men ikke noe som var et problem. God jevnlig renhold av toaletter og bad så det var uproblematisk å dele.
