Mixed feelings
The first check in clerk hasn't very informative. I didn't like seeing a white car parked in front of the lobby with 2 women asleep and all their bags on the walk way. Not a good impression for a beautiful hotel. Friday we inqired about a cot, same clerk was not helpful. Friday night loud singing and partying by the pool. Saturday new clerk on duty Jesus, very helpful, friendly, professional, informative. We were in town for our Dad's funeral. We got to enjoy our last day by resting. The buffet was really good, the coffee was good, the rest of the staff was very friendly. A special thanks to your Saturday guy Jesus. The rooms were very nice. Just the placing the room key in the slot to keep the lights on would have been nice to know.

Nice place to stay
Our stay was brief, but it was a great environment, the room was clean and comfy in addition, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was nice and check out a breeze. The only downside was housekeeping continuing to knock on the door starting at around 10am and two additional times after being told we would be checking out at noon. With that conversation and the sign placed on the door, the constant interruption was annoying.

Just OK
The complimentary breakfast was really non existent. I went into the kitchen/serving area 4 different times and each time there was no hot food. I observed 1 employee working the area. The room was well designed and the furniture was comfortable and functional but the bathroom really needed a thorough cleaning; more than running a Swiffer over the floor. The towels were well worn and needed to be replaced.

Bad service
We weren’t allowed an early check in, had to wait till the exact check in time. There were only 2 large towels in the bathroom and when we asked for towels in the morning we had to wait till almost 10am. We asked for towels many time in till we finally got some downstairs. Then there was NOT enough hot water in the morning to shower.

Nice hotel, lots of amenities around
Hotel was lovely, staff were very nice. We did however have a room full of people above us who were partying until 3am. The hotel staff did call then for us at 1am but it did not stop and then we had to complain again and they sent security at 3am. It tainted our stay but not really the hotels fault.

Unhelpful Front Desk
The front desk clerk at the check-in counter exhibited a lack of courtesy when I attempted to pay the deposit using my Chime credit card. She informed me that this was a hotel policy, but I have made numerous stays at this establishment without encountering any issues. If a hotel has a policy, it should be clearly communicated to customers or posted in a visible location. It is unreasonable to restrict the payment method for a deposit, regardless of whether it is a Chime card or another credit card. The card belongs to me, and it would decline if the funds were not available. It is perplexing why hotel chains can dictate the payment methods for deposits. I also tried to pay cash but she wouldn’t take that either.
