Updated rooms are welcoming.
The room was updated and welcoming. The king bed was fine, but I prefer Temperpedic mattresses. The bathroom amenities did not provide lotion or facial cleansing wipes. Also, only one chair was provided in our room. There was plenty of room for 2 chairs.

Perfect.
I’m not sure if there is valet or not anymore but the unloading and parking at Hareahs was not ideal especially in the wind and cold. Front desk staff was welcoming, checking in was fast and easy. The commons areas were very clean and so was our room. Very impressed the only thing I would say was not great would be the bed. Said it was queen when we booked but it was very much a full and the mattress was hard! Great pillows though. We had the most amazing sunset river view, it was seriously breathtaking! We would definitely stay again! We need to check out the restaurants!

We were there one night for a concert. I only have one complaint. The guy who checked me in wasn't very accommodating as far as information. He wasn't rude by any means, he literally said nothing. Everything else was great. Love the music venue.

We Enjoy The Convience of staying here.
The rooms are Always Comfortable. MOST of the People at the Check in desk are GREAT! When we get older. The ease of checking in and parking is a MUST. We Do NOT care for GuyF Food choices. So we have to go Elseware. Which is unhandy for us. But Council Bluffs has Plenty of GOOD Food Choices.
